OpenClaw is the agent network we run for clients who want production AI work without hiring an AI team. Custom agents on top of frontier models, glued together with n8n and a thin in-house orchestration layer.
What we run today
Six agents in production across three customers. Triage agents (inbound support routing), enrichment agents (lead research), and a workflow agent that manages a media client's content pipeline end-to-end.
Reliability
99.3% uptime over the last 90 days. The 0.7% was almost all upstream model rate-limit fallbacks; we wrote a retry-with-cheaper-model path that has paid for itself.
